AOI '10 UK Illustration Graduates to Watch’ in 2024.

Davinia Clarke, DPS IVM alumni has been named in AOI '10 UK Illustration Graduates to Watch in 2024.Davinia creates artwork of contemporary situations that evokes feeling of nostalgia. Driven by the research method of ethnography, Clark's practice is centred on the documentation of identity, culture, communities and family. Specialising in digital painting, monotype printing and screen-printing, with a passion for energising colours and patterns. There will be moments that digital and analogue methods collide in her practice to capture the essence of the world around her in a vibrant way. Her practice has led her to hosting art workshops, winter markets for graduates, selling artwork and featuring in exhibitions. Clarke's ethos is to encourage creativity, empower and educate herself through whatever path she takes. Clarke's aim to develop her practice across different industry for educational content, editorial, publishing, surface design, exhibitions and site specifics illustrations.
